Effective date: 2026 · NeuralStreet LLC
NeuralStreet LLC ("NeuralStreet," "we," "us") operates an AI-assisted inbound call handling service on behalf of licensed electrical contractors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information gathered through that service.
When a customer calls a phone number serviced by NeuralStreet, our AI system may collect the following information provided by the caller: full name, phone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, description of the requested service, and stated preferred callback or appointment time. We also collect whether the caller consented to receive SMS communications.
Information collected during a call is used solely to relay the caller's service request to the electrical contractor on whose behalf the call was answered, and to send automated confirmation messages to the caller if SMS consent was provided. We do not use caller information for marketing purposes, and we do not sell caller data to any third party.
If a caller provides SMS consent during a call, they may receive one automated follow-up text message confirming their service request. Message frequency is limited to interactions initiated by the caller. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. SMS consent is not required as a condition of service.
Caller information is shared only with the licensed electrical contractor who owns the phone number that was called. NeuralStreet engages the following third-party service providers to deliver its service: Retell AI (voice processing), Twilio (telephony and SMS), Zapier (workflow automation), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (hosting). Each provider processes data only as necessary to deliver the service.
Caller data is retained for the duration of the applicable service agreement between NeuralStreet and the electrical contractor, and for such additional period as required by applicable law. Upon termination, data is returned or deleted at the contractor's election.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or other applicable privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information has been collected about you, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of certain data uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
